Warranty Terms:

• Any warranted items must be returned in the originalpackaging. Please retain all packaging materials until the warrantyperiod has ended.
  
• Warranty returns are subject to approval via emailbefore the defective item is return shipped. Customers are responsiblefor return postage and insurance. Penguin Solutions will ship your repairedor replaced item at no cost to you. Incases where no defect is found, the purchaser will be assessed a testingfee and return shipping cost.
• Warranties cover hardware only. Software problems arenot covered unless caused by defective hardware.
• The manufacturer may warrant new items and some useditems. Items with a manufacturer warranty should be returned to themanufacturer.
• Functionally defective products will be repaired orexchanged if the defect is reported during the warranty period. Used andrefurbished items are warranted to be fully functional and usable fortheir intended purpose. Cosmetic problems and compatibility with otherhardware or software is not covered under this warranty. A defect isconsidered to be cosmetic when it does not impair the functionality of aproduct.
• There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
